Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for 4–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts
• Provide professional attire (black pants, non-slip shoes)

Responsibilities

• Drive thru service with speed initiatives and maintain guest satisfaction
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling and inventory
• Train and onboard service team members with onboarding plans
• Manage weekly forecasts, orders, and shift planning
• Address guest concerns and maintain quality and cleanliness standards
• Maintain curb appeal and maintain organization of FOH and BOH areas
