Job summary

A#1 Air, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Rockstar Team.

You will supervise service technicians and the fleet department, mentor your team, and drive performance to ensure quality customer service and growth. In this hands-on role you will coordinate training, manage field substitutions and jobsite inspections, schedule callbacks, and communicate updates to customers and other managers while maintaining safety protocols and high standards of

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience with Service Titan software.
• Plumbing knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Weekly training with your team.
• Running callbacks with your team members to show in field solutions.
• Be available for your team, if they are working so are you.
• Jobsite analysis information must be documented per job.
• Unscheduled jobsite inspections.
• Be prepared to pick up overflow service calls.
• Ensuring proper vehicle care and stock for your team.
• Quarterly performance reviews for your team.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations
• Ensure technician licenses and certificates are renewed and kept up to date
• Sufficient knowledge and utilization of the software program being used
• Prepare quotations for recommended work
• Communicate and provide updates to customers and other managers
• Setting and meeting performance goals
• Implement and enforce company safety protocols
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional service delivery
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
