Job summary

AirWorks is seeking a hands-on leader to own our service and sales operations in Ventura County, CA. You will support technicians and sales professionals, drive revenue, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

You will lead daily scheduling, monitor goals, coach teams, and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities while ensuring clear, honest recommendations and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in trades or home services is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach, lead, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service and sales teams.
• Help manage daily scheduling, workflow, performance, and accountability.
• Coach team members to improve customer experience, sales results, and productivity.
• Support technicians and sales professionals in the field.
• Monitor sales, service, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.
• Help improve processes, systems, communication, and follow-up.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Help ensure customers receive clear, honest, and consultative recommendations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Address customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a strong team culture built on trust, ownership, teamwork, and integrity.
• Lead by example and step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
