Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department. You will drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations, manage staff, and coordinate service activities with the Store Manager and Regional leadership.

Responsibilities include process development, staffing, coaching, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and a foundation in service financials are essential, with willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree required.
• Three or more years of experience in service department operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces Service Department processes for customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Regional Manager, Director of Aftermarket, and Store Manager on goals and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, and develop service department staff; coach and evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement employee development plans and training activities.
• Coordinate customer clinics, field days, and promotional events.
• Submit warranty and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims promptly for credits.
• Schedule and assign work; review work orders for accuracy before billing.
• Ensure department tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good order.
• Perform other duties to support AVE-PLP’s success.
