Cowin Equipment Company in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Service Department Manager to lead a team of technicians and drive service quality. You will interpret policies, manage shop operations, and collaborate with sales and parts to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include reviewing monthly financials with the VP of Product Support, coordinating repairs, scheduling field service, and maintaining safety and quality standards while developing staff and optimizing

• Experience interpreting service department policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and implement Service Department policies and procedures as specified by the VP of Product Support.
• Review monthly financial reports with the VP of Product Support to control costs and increase profitability.
• Ensure sufficient work is processed to maintain a high level of retail work and meet goals.
• Take customer calls for field and shop work and dispatch field personnel as needed.
• Provide direction and leadership to achieve quality service at profitability.
• Supervise the quality of work and maintain safety and company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Warranty to align service goals.
• Develop and maintain service efficiency and management reports.
