The role emphasizes visiting customers, developing detailed plans, coordinating with Parts and Service teams, and acting as a liaison to promote all departments while maintaining inventory and proper pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Five to Ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years of fleet phone or counter person experience will be a prerequisite for this position.

• Solicits parts business from assigned accounts through in-person, telephone, and other electronic methods of communication.
• Manages customer relationship with assigned accounts with a focus on profitable customer sales growth across all departments in the dealership.
