Qualifications

• 5 years’ service and maintenance experience, with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Extensive Equipment Fleet Maintenance and leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and train technicians to exceed standards.
• Staff location based on skills and workload.
• Responsible for R&M, P&L, and associated costs.
