Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Extensive experience in repair & maintenance of self-propelled platforms & lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Planning & management experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Reporting experience.
• Inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair & maintenance of company-owned and customer equipment.
• Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs.
• Order parts to maintain adequate supplies; train staff mechanics.
• Work with equipment vendors to learn maintenance requirements of new equipment.
• Evaluate equipment after repairs, maintenance or safety checks; document status.
• Create, update, close and bill work orders; maintain service records and warranties.
• Disposal of hazardous waste; promote safety awareness; perform quality control checks.
