Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Manager in the West Springfield area to lead our commercial door and dock service team. You will oversee dispatch, field support, and customer escalations while driving safety, efficiency, and quality across all service activities.

You will manage labor hours, KPI tracking, and collaboration with parts, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. A strong leader with industry know‑how and a valid license is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a service team in industrial trades or related field.
• Strong knowledge of overhead doors, dock levelers, seals, and related mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with accountability for team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support service technicians to ensure safe, high‑quality work.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls for dock equipment, overhead doors, and related systems.
• Be the primary contact for service customer issues and escalations.
• Ensure technicians have tools, training, and information needed to succeed.
• Monitor labor hours and KPIs, coordinating with parts and sales teams.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
