Job summary

RWC Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, hire and coach technicians, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will manage budgets, oversee repairs, and build strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional service experiences.

The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, optimizing operations, and aligning service goals with dealership leadership directives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in heavy-duty truck or related service operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and profitability.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience using dealership management systems and service software.

What You'll Bring

• Three or more years of leadership experience in heavy-duty truck, fleet, automotive, heavy equipment, or related service operations.
• Previous Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of diesel truck service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and departmental profitability.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience using dealership management systems and service software.
