Job summary

RCLMechanical is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our residential plumbing and HVAC service operations, develop technicians, and drive department performance. This locally owned company values leadership, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will lead daily service operations, coordinate dispatch, and work closely with sales and installation teams to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing service experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing field technicians.
• Strong understanding of service operations.
• Experience managing KPIs, job performance, and department profitability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HVAC and plumbing service technicians.
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and field performance.
• Monitor department KPIs, labor efficiency, callbacks, and profitability.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Drive accountability, productivity, and a 5-star customer experience.
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, and installation teams to improve performance.
