Job summary

RCL Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to manage the daily scheduling, communication, and coordination of plumbing and HVAC installation projects.

The role involves coordinating daily plumbing and HVAC installations, ordering equipment, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring jobs are ready before installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or service coordination preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling changing schedules and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plumbing and HVAC installations schedules, technicians, and customers.
• Order equipment and materials to ensure jobs are ready before installation.
• Communicate with customers, field technicians, and management throughout the installation process.
• Coordinate permits, job documentation, and installation requirements.
• Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively address challenges.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy and assist with job costing and reporting.
