We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Service Manager to lead and enhance our service department. This is an important role in our company as you will oversee the operations of our service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency. It is vital to have excellent leadership skills, work with others effectively, mediate any conflicts that may arise and communicate with staff, customers and vendors.

The position combines leadership, technical knowledge, customer service skills and responsibility of service staff.

5+ years of experience in service operations and field related work. Deep knowledge of service management, technical (mechanical) knowledge, data/computer knowledge and experience implementing best practices within our operation. Experience in a leadership role, ability to drive change when needed and keep the service department moving forward. Strong communication skills interpersonal skills and inspire others who may still be learning.
