Job summary

Danbury P, LLC dba Porsche Danbury is seeking an experienced Service Department Manager to oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow. Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service operations.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • ASE certifications preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or business administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies for the service department.
  • Prepare and manage the service department budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and recall information.
  • Conduct quality control checks on repairs and maintenance services.
