Job summary

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a Service Technician Level B to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs per our standards and manufacturer specs. You will help ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at our dealership/service shops.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, inspections, diagnosing mechanical/electrical systems, and clear communication of estimates to customers. Prior ASE certification is preferred, with 2–4 years of technician experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification(s) preferred (e.g., A4 Suspension & Steering, A5 Brakes).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership or independent shop setting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Complete basic to intermediate level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and other vehicle components.
• Document all services performed, parts used, and hours worked accurately and completely.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, and estimated costs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures in the workshop.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with automotive technologies.

Job Summary

The Service Technician Level B is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles according to Georgica Auto Holdings' standards and manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

$26.00-$35.00 hourly Paid Training $5000.00 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment
