Job summary

Scott Equipment Company Llc seeks a skilled technician to diagnose and repair construction equipment at our Broussard, LA location. Responsibilities include disassembly, reconditioning, and following technical manuals to ensure efficient, quality service.

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, experience with diesel and hydraulic systems, a valid driver's license, and solid computer and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical skills; Diesel and hydraulic systems experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license as outlined in policy.
• Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment.
• Strong computer skills and good oral/written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair of construction equipment.
• Disassemble and recondition components per manuals.
• Follow prescribed technical manual procedures and ensure quality work.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
