Job summary

Redmond's Complete Comfort in Lock Haven, PA, is seeking a Service Manager to lead our centralized service team. With 40+ hours weekly and overtime as needed, you will drive daily operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management in service settings, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
• Over 3 years in management within a service-based environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Manage team of technicians and service schedules.
• Lead training and development to meet industry standards.
• Ensure timely completion of HVAC service requests.
• Maintain customer relations.
• Handle daily billing, warranty claims, and parts ordering.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked and perform technician estimates.
• Conduct performance reviews of technicians.

Service Manager| $55,000 - $80,000 Salary

Depending on experience + Performance Bonus Structure

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 40+ hours weekly | overtime as required

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service
• Managing team of technicians & maintaining service schedules
• Overseeing training and development ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policy
• Insure timely completion of HVAC service requests
• Maintaining customer relations
• Daily billing and warranty claimsOrdering parts & finalize technicians estimates
• Ensure all vehicles are stocked
• Performance reviews of Technicians

What We Are Looking For:

• Over 3 years of experience in management within a service-based environment, or a comparable mix of education and professional background
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on knowledge in the HVAC field
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is beneficial
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding, coaching, and supporting technician teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build positive customer relationships and encourage team cooperation
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining priorities
• Excellent analytical thinking with sound judgment and effective problem-resolution skills
• Highly organized with strong administrative abilities in scheduling, reporting, and inventory coordination
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
