Job summary

Redmond's Complete Comfort, LLC in Lock Haven, PA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for residential service and routine maintenance. You will service a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, including generator service, while delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer an in-house HVAC trainer and training opportunities, a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer relationship, take-home vehicle and gas card, company-issued devices, PTO, holidays

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE certification highly preferred (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Primarily residential service and routine maintenance
• Providing service and maintenance on a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems

• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience.

HVAC Service Technician | $24.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: 5-day, 8-hour shift | 4-day, 10-hour shift | overtime as required

Job Duties:

• Primarily residential service and routine maintenance
• Providing service and maintenance on a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Generator service
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Additionally, the technician will assist in the training and development of other service technicians.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE certification highly preferred (training provided)
• Comfortable working on ladders and in attics or crawl spaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• HVAC technical school certificate or equivalent training preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
