Young Automotive Group seeks an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in automotive and powersports, leading the fixed-operations team to deliver top customer service.

You will drive performance, coach technicians and advisors, and collaborate with other department managers to exceed profit goals while upholding the family-first culture.
