Job summary

You will join Young Automotive Group as an Assistant Service Manager, supporting daily Service Department operations and helping develop technicians and advisors. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and department performance.

The role requires a strong powersports service background, leadership skills, and a commitment to a team-oriented culture that values growth and exceptional customer experiences.

We are actively looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team.This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong powersports service background who enjoys working with people, supporting a high-performing team, and helping drive an exceptional customer experience. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Department team to support daily operations, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and team development.
