Young Powersports in Morgan, UT is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, delivering clear communication, accurate repair orders, and timely updates throughout the service process.

The ideal candidate loves Powersports, has strong interpersonal and sales skills, and a proven history of providing excellent customer service. Pass a background check and drug screen; open to growth within a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence with a focus on Powersports preferred.
• Sales skills and experience preferred.
• History of solid employment with good references.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Experience with brands like Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Beta, Husqvarna is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information.
• Accurately document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and additional service needs.
• Provide clear estimates for labor and parts, obtaining approval for any additional repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of updates, timelines, and costs.
• Explain completed repairs and review all charges with customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, pricing guides, and department forms.
• Handle customer phone inquiries and help ensure a high-quality service experience.
