Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is seeking a Service Manager to lead our high-volume service department. If you’re an experienced technician ready to move into a leadership role, you’ll guide advisors, optimize shop workflow, and maintain strong customer service scores.

You’ll train and coach the team, manage dispatching, and collaborate with other departments to reach dealership goals. A proactive, reliable leader with excellent communication is essential.

• Motivate staff to reach their full potential.
• Maintain above-average customer service scores for the department.
• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business.
• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
