Dave Wright Auto in Hiawatha, IA is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our high‑volume service department. This role is ideal for an experienced technician ready to move into a leadership position and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.

• Strong understanding of technician dispatching and shop workflow
• Ability to train and lead a team

Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow
• Follow our processes and hold the team accountable to them
• Provide ongoing training to service department personnel
• Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings with team members
• Motivate and encourage service staff members to reach their full potential
• Maintain above average customer service scores for the department
• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals
• Other duties as required
