Job summary

Dave Wright Auto in Iowa is seeking an Automotive Service Writer to be the friendly link between customers and our service team. You will greet guests, schedule repairs, complete all repair paperwork, and ensure smooth intake of vehicle information.

You will keep customers updated on repair status, explain needed services in clear terms, relay details to technicians, and follow up across departments to resolve issues.
