• Maintain accurate records and reports on service activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within the service department.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and inventory levels.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
