Job summary

PSS Industrial Group is seeking a shop operations leader to hire, train, and oversee service mechanics in our Colorado area. You will manage staff scheduling, performance, and on-site safety enforcement, while ensuring timely completion of client work orders and adherence to company standards.

You will coordinate with teams to maintain accurate records, operate shop equipment safely, and uphold a clean, organized work environment.

• Ensures that shop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous material.
• Orders supplies.

Possesses solid analytical and problem solving abilities. Demonstrates awareness of all health and safety protocols. Ability to remain calm and clear-headed in an emergency. Work Environment

The majority of working hours will be spent in the job participating in and overseeing repairs and maintenance. Shift may vary from day to evenings. Weekend hours will be required. Standard 40-hour workweek applies, though overtime may be necessary. Use of PPE where appropriate.
