Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and oversee staff on a daily basis.

• Enter customer and job information into database and maintain accurate work records.
• Assist in repair, construction, maintenance or other client work orders.
• Ensure completed work meets deadlines and company standards.
• Enforce health and safety policies in the shop.
• Lead on-site health or safety emergencies.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Inspect, clean, and fix shop equipment and machinery as necessary.
• Operate shop machinery such as forklifts or manufacturing equipment.
• Keep shop area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Responsible for hiring, training, and daily oversight of staff.
• Manage staff scheduling and assignment of duties.

• Process customer and client work orders.

• Ensure completed work meets identified deadlines and meets or exceeds company standards.

Work Environment

• The majority of working hours will be spent in the job participating in and overseeing repairs and maintenance.
• Shift may vary from day to evenings.
• Weekend hours will be required.
• Standard 40-hour workweek applies, though overtime may be necessary.
• Use of PPE where appropriate.
