Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Platform/SRE/DevOps or Software Developer with hands-on incident response and running production systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for service management across Datadog advocacy and engineering teams.
• Create content across demos, public speaking, blogs, docs, webinars, open source, and research.
• Partner with product engineering to build demos and coach internal teams on effective communication.
• Interface with open source communities to drive messaging and develop integrations.
• Contribute to the product through feedback, documentation, or code.
