Qualifications

• 5+ years as Platform/SRE/DevOps or Software Developer with on-call experience
• Proficient with incident response, SLOs and post-incident reviews
• Experience in storytelling and creating technical content for public audiences

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for service management across advocacy and engineering teams
• Create demos, blogs, docs, webinars, and other content to showcase Datadog
• Partner with product engineering to build demos and coach teams on communication
• Interface with open source communities to drive messaging and integrations
• Contribute to product feedback, docs, or code
