Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor in Florida to oversee service staff and maintain a luxurious community appearance. You will lead a team, ensure a safe living environment, and coordinate move-in readiness.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, scheduling, budget oversight, and on-call emergency coverage. You will work with the Property Director and Regional Director to uphold Crown Residential standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I required.
• Bachelor's or Teammates degree preferred.
• Experience in maintenance supervisory role in multi-family or hospitality preferred.
• CFC/EPA, CPO certifications and NATE encouraged.
• HVAC expertise and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service Teammates and coordinate daily maintenance tasks.
• Oversee safety training and ensure OSHA and housing standards compliance.
• Respond to service requests and manage on-call emergency maintenance.
• Inspect common areas and prepare apartments for move-ins.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and budget for maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with Property Director on staffing and performance.
