Job summary

Crown Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain luxurious community standards and a safe environment for residents. The role handles repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting while preparing vacant units for move-ins.

You will work with a team to optimize preventative service ideas that save money and increase safety. Responsibilities include on-call emergency service, general upkeep of common areas, and adherence to all applicable housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks performed regularly.
• Repair and maintain common areas and vacant apartments to ready status for new residents.
• Maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems as needed.
• Participate in preventative service programs and on-call rotations as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Crown Residential policies and Fair Housing laws.
