Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls, build customer relationships, and schedule service appointments for the Service Department. You will ask qualifying questions, route calls, ensure messages reach the right consultants, and provide reporting to management.

You will also handle payments, issue receipts, close repair orders, and file records, applying policy guidelines and maintaining accurate files.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ask qualifying questions to uncover customer needs and direct calls appropriately.
• Make service appointments when advisors are unavailable and route information to the correct consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Collect retail charges in cash, check, or approved charge account and provide receipts.
• Process and document charge purchases per Controller policies.
• Close internal repair orders and file copies in customer service files.
