Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising service and sales staff, coordinating with parts, documenting performance, and maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage service department operations to maximize production and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and quality by enforcing policies and CSI targets.
• Monitor and control department costs and budgets.
• Develop staffing plans and supervise all service department staff.
• Coordinate with parts and warranty processes and reporting.
