Job summary

AutoNation in Roseville, CA is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to handle outbound service calls, qualify customer needs, and schedule appointments for the Service Department. You will route messages to the right service consultants and help maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include collecting payments, processing charges, closing repair orders, and providing clear documentation to billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Ask qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately.
• Ensure service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Make service appointments if service consultants are unavailable, route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Close all internal repair orders promptly and route to Billing Clerk for processing.
• File accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets, file hard copies of repair orders in customer service files.
