Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to support the Service Department by making outbound calls, qualifying customer needs, and scheduling appointments. The role involves routing information to service consultants, handling charges, and ensuring accurate paperwork and reporting for dealership management.

The position requires strong customer service and communication skills, with preferred experience in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and follow written instructions.
• Experience in a service/retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and schedule appointments for the Service Department.
• Qualify customer needs and direct calls accordingly.
• Provide messages to service consultants and route appointment info.
• Handle retail charges and provide receipts and change as needed.
• Close internal repair orders promptly and file paperwork correctly.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for dealership management.
