Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions.
• 6–12 months of work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and messages.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and promotions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly tone in all interactions.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments with the appropriate departments.
• Direct calls by qualifying questions to the right team.
• Ensure service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and targets.
• Provide reporting and communications to dealership management.
