Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls, build strong relationships with customers, and schedule appointments for the Service Department. You will direct calls, ensure messages reach the right consultants, and provide management with regular reporting.

The role handles retail charges and receipts, processing transactions per policy, and closes repair orders for Billing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate or 3–6 months related experience (or equivalent).
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions.
• 6–12 months prior work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Previous industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and establish relationships with customers.
• Direct calls to service consultants and ensure messages are received promptly.
• Schedule service appointments or route information to the appropriate consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
