Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• MS Office proficiency with pivot tables and data handling.
• Experience coordinating service operations or dispatch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and billing of service work with ERP integration.
• Maintain Excel-based service tools and interfaces.
• Act as first contact for customer service and escalate as needed.
