Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew. You will manage a clean, efficient line and support training, scheduling, and basic office tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will help resolve quality and service issues, monitor line operations, and contribute to future leaders while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available.
