Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained.

The Service Leader keeps a clean, organized line, supervises line equipment, and guides crew through breaks, shifts, and training while remaining on their feet during shifts. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and communicate Chipotle’s philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Maintain food safety practices on the line.
• Address customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking/cash handling.
