Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on the line, coaching staff, and assisting with operational duties to support a fast, friendly service model.

The Service Leader will monitor food safety, lead shift changes, and collaborate with management to resolve issues while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service and maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety standards and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and front-of-house operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the work location language and read/write essential notices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and well organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor and schedule crew breaks, shifts, and line coverage.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and functioning.
