Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service. You will keep a clean, organized line and supervise daily line operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training, schedule management, and supporting crew development while continuously upholding food safety and hospitality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Assist with customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
