Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and ensure line equipment functions properly.
• Train and develop restaurant crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Perform office admin duties like banking and cash handling as needed.
• Ensure adequate supplies and assist with miscellaneous tasks.
