Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, resolving customer issues, scheduling crew shifts, and assisting with office tasks when needed. Requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow office paperwork and policies.

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functional; train crew as needed.
• Monitor time/temperature and daily food safety checks on the line.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive guest experiences.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support future Service Leaders and assist with office duties as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are available and in working order.
