Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to keep our guest experience positive by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew.

You will maintain an organized line, support food safety, and help resolve customer incidents to ensure a great dining experience. You will lead crew development and training, monitor shift coverage, and assist with admin duties as needed while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and recordkeeping.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks).
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
