Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served and by training the restaurant crew. The role requires standing on the line, clocked in, with a focus on food safety and staff coordination.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality food, resolving quality issues, supervising breaks and schedules, and supporting crew development while assisting with office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the work location language.

Responsabilités

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
