Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while the crew remains well trained and delivers strong service. The role involves keeping the line clean and running smoothly, plus assisting with scheduling and training initiatives.

You will develop front-of-house crew, support performance reviews, and help prepare future Service Leaders, while handling occasional office tasks and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and functioning well.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with development of future Service Leaders.
• Support office administration duties and ensure office supplies are available.
