Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and the line is well maintained.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Maintain clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and manage supplies.
