Chipotle Mexican Grill in Seattle is seeking a Service Leader who ensures safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. The role requires keeping the line clean, training the crew, and supporting shifts and schedules.

The position also involves some administrative duties and opportunities for growth within the restaurant leadership track. Base pay ranges from $24.50–$27.24 per hour, with digital tips and a benefits package including tuition assistance, free food, and health

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know food safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Able to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure sufficient supplies are available.
