Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience, ensure safe and quality food, and train the restaurant crew. The role involves maintaining a clean line, supervising breaks, and assisting with scheduling while striving for excellent guest service.

Base pay is displayed as $19.65–$21.86 per hour, with digital tips and a comprehensive benefits package. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-casual or restaurant settings preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department regulations.
• Ability to handle cash operations and maintain accuracy on transactions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in training or developing front-of-house teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served consistent with Chipotle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop restaurant crew; assist with performance feedback.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and line coverage during shifts.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive guest experiences.
• Support office tasks such as banking and paperwork as needed.
